Digital Leadership Self Assessment

From our research and studies over the last six years, we determined that digital leadership is the key to a successful digital transformation and that leadership differentiates digitally mature organizations from digitally developing organizations. It is not a technological edge; instead, it is a human-centered approach that separates them and their organizations. It is widely agreed the trust that digital leaders engender is the difference-maker with successful digital leaders.

Our premise is we can measure whether a leader can engender trust, inspire others by having a growth mindset and positive attitude, and possess the requisite competencies needed to handle the future opportunities and challenges associated with data, AI, and ethics. And if they reflect and act on the results, we believe they can accelerate the transformation of their organizations.

For this purpose, you will receive a compelling chart at the end of the self-assessment, which you can use as a solid foundation for initial or further development as a leader of a digital transformation.
